Classical Pilates Complete Workout

The Complete Mat Workout Series

This technique film preserves Joseph H. Pilates' original method of body conditioning by demonstrating its purely classical forms in the tradition of his New York City studio, which began in 1926. As each exercise is presented, the name and number of repetitions are shown on screen, and all workouts are performed in real time. Classical Pilates Inc. is pleased to feature the individuals whose work in the Universal Reformer apparatus series won praise and endorsement from countless studios, certified instructors, apprentices and students.
