Approaching the new season at West Point, Army football had one goal in mind - win. After 27 consecutive victories in the last few seasons, Army gained the reputation as winners and honorable leaders. With Coaches Blaik (Scott Glenn) and Lombardi (Richard Zeppierri) constantly drilling the team, pushing them to their limits and leaving little room for school and cadetship, the squad must remember their vow: A cadet will not lie, cheat or steal. George Holbrook (Jeff Roop), a young running back with great potential at Army, struggles with the relentless stress and finds himself caught in a situation where he has to choose between loyalty and honor, a double-edged sword that jeopardizes everything Army stands for. But in order to become a true cadet, a man of honor, Holbrook must test the moral abilities of himself and his fellow cadets.
