Acclaimed director Robert Downey, Sr. creates a cool and quirky new film about a young pool cleaner in Los Angeles, Hugo Pool. In the course of one day, Hugo (Alyssa Milano) cleans 44 pools, deals with the eccentric and dangerous clients, helps her parents (Cathy Moriarty and Malcom McDowell) grow up, and still finds time to fall in love.
