In order to raise the $50,000 it takes to buy a seat on New York's Commodities Exchange, Jimmy (East) and Sal(Bobby Kaman) work for Charlie (Sam Dobbins) a bookie well rooted in New York City's gambling rackets. But when the mob tries to muscle Charlie and the cops show up, somebody's got to take the fall. While Sal plays a dangerous game of cat and mouse with the mob, Jimmy is forced to choose between Rachel (Lira Angel) a young woman who tries to free Jimmy from his past and the very world he is so much a part of.
