Wayne plays rancher Taw Jackson, who's dead set on capturing an ironclad stagecoach belonging to a cattle baron who stole his fortune and tarnished his good name years before.
To pull off the heist, Jackson puts together a crew that includes an old character, a half-civilized Indian, a young drunk and a cocky gunfighter.
