In the heart of Jungle ground, a forgotten, urban wasteland controlled by roving gangs, a sting operation turns into a shoot-out between the undercover police and the drug dealers. Lt. Jake Cornel is captured and brought before Odin, the young, psychotic war chief of the most ruthless and violent gang in Jungle ground.
