Paul Simon's revolutionary fusion of Western and South African music on the Graceland album was a spectacular artistic and commercial success. Graceland: The African Concert was recorded live at the climactic performance of the tour of Zimbabwe in 1987, featuring guest artists Ladysmith Black Mambazo, Hugh Masekela and Miriam Makeba, and includes several songs heard only on this video.
