Electric Dragon 80000V (2001) follows the intense battle between two electrically-charged individuals, Dragon Eye Morrison, a punk rock guitarist with immense electric powers, and Thunderbolt Buddha, a psychotic vigilante with similar abilities. Set in a dystopian urban environment, the film merges the genres of action and cyberpunk with a frenetic, high-voltage style.
