In 'Phantom Rancher' (1938), a cowboy named Ken Mitchell dons the disguise of the Phantom Rancher to protect a local rancher and her family from unscrupulous land grabbers. As he fights for justice, he must outwit the villains and reveal the true mastermind behind the schemes.
