Nothing's more dangerous than some nice guys...with a little time to kill.

In THE BIG HIT, a quartet of hit men ingeniously battle through a phalanx of bodyguards to "off" a venal white slaver. Most of the lethal effort expended and absolutely all the risks taken are done so by Mel, an extraordinarily sympathetic hired killer. A magnificent murder machine, his only vulnerability is his need to be liked by everyone. This leads to his being ripped off by cohorts and girlfriends alike. When the four foolish guns-for-hire freelance kidnap a beautiful teenage Japanese heiress with connections to the Mob, they have committed one crime too many. The hit now is out on them, but no one counts on the girl falling for Mel ...
