Elvis takes on... Elvis!

Seeing double? You will be when Elvis Presley takes on two roles in the backwoods romp Kissin' Cousins.

In his 15th film, the King plays dark-haired Air Force Lt. Josh Morgan and blond good ol' boy Jodie Tatum. On an assignment that's "like biting into a beehive," Josh wants to negotiate with the Tatums for military use of their Smokey Mountain homestead as a missile site. But Jodie is right wary of federal revenooers and of this lookalike who claims to be kin. A fistful of tunes (Barefoot Ballad, [It's A] Long Lonely Highway, Tender Feeling, the title song and 6 others), some whoop-it-up dancing and 13 mountain cuties called Kittyhawks add to the downhome delights. As do the stars. Which means Elvis. And Elvis.
