World martial arts champion Hector Echavarria stars as Marcos De Santos, a daring thief who wants out of his life of crime but is talked into one last score, the theft of the priceless Sacred Seal of Mongolia.
During the heist he is shot by his partner and, upon recovering, partners with the Mongolian President's mammoth bodyguard (Kong Li) in an effort to recover the Sacred Seal and take revenge upon those who betrayed him.
