Too much money... and no one to trust. That's the problem Hopscotch (Andrew Hawkes) has after a counterfeiter who gave him three million in funny money is brutally killed. He convinces the street-smart Frankie (Bruce Payne) to set up a trade - one million in real money for the counterfeit cash. But the deal goes bad, and an undercover cop dies.
