Elizabeth Welsh thought she had married the man of her dreams until she found out about his secret criminal life. After being caught using university funds for his own use, his guilty conscience led him to suicide....but his body was never found. Afterwards, Elizabeth's struggles in getting over this hardship led her to a leadership position within her community. Just as she thought she was getting on with her life, she begins to discover the truth behind her husband's disappearance.
