Hell's Kitchen, Ash Wednesday, 1980. Sean Sullivan (Elijah Wood) is killed in a vendetta. Three years later, Sean's brother Francis (Edward Burns) receives word that Sean may be alive. But the truth isn't always what it seems in this neighborhood, where violence and betrayal are the local currency.
