Detective Ben Simms' (Flanery) life spins out of control when his wife is murdered by a serial killer. With his personal life in shameless, he is reassigned to assist a rookie cop (Adams). Their target is a relentless vigilante who executes criminals before they are arrested. As the investigation goes on. Ben learns that the vigilante is hunting Ben's wife's killer... Ben is tracking down the very person who will avenge his wife's murder.
The two cops chase this killer-for-justice to an abandoned farm. There, they unmask the vigilante and corner the serial killer in an action-packed showdown. Can Ben bring himself to stop the very person who will avenge his loss or will the memory of his wife drive him to betray his duty to his badge?
