The Workout Summary
Two 18 minute step workout "waves" provide maximum fat burning and cardio training. Use of a step is optional. Do either workout by itself, or combine them into one incredible 50 minute routine, including a warm-up and cool down.Each wave also includes a weight routine, to build shapely muscle and boost your metabolism.
