Two Cat Burglars Cat and Zi-yang fall in love at first sight. After broke up with Zi-yang, Cat works for a high technology company, having her normal life. Incidentally Cat meets pretty Octopus who is one of the 7-Catbulglars 7-cats. Suddenly the Russian raid is repulsed and leaves a disc with a message that Zi-yang calls for help. Cat does not want Zi-yang to be hurt and calls together the other 7-cats members. She makes up her mind to steal the new product "K.T.V." for the Russians in return for Zi-yang's safety.
