With poorman Chang being the only capable man able to top Pai, Kao deliberately cultivates Chang's friendship. Kao provides generous help to Chang and therefore, Chang cannot help but has to return some favors. Chang along with the help of his good friend, Green, put up a tough fight to kill Pai. No sooner has Kao seen the two of them off than he molests Chang's sister, for down in his heart Kao is jealous of Chang and plots for deaths of all fighters, friendly or hostile.
