The Cheung Family and the Cat have been feuds for eight generations. One day, a huge rock with scripture is dugup and all of a sudden, a reddish shadow of a cat-like creature ascended from under the rock. Inside the elderly people's sanatorium, Master Cheung (Lau Kar Leung), can feel the reincarnation of the Cat. He feels obliged to stop it. The Cat begins killing to restore its sinister power. Finally is possesses tycoon Fan's (Stuart Ong) body, Fan's chauffeur, Long (Mark Cheng), is getting suspicious and in the way that the Cat has to eliminate him. Before Cheung and Long have the chance to kill it with a charmed arrow, the Cat bursts out of Fan's body.

Next day, Vincent, a famous singer, is found dead inside a drain. Cheung and Long finds a bracelet which belongs to Tina (Tsui Suk Woon), Fan's mistress at the scene. At Tina's home, the Cat dwells in, Cheung shoots Tina at the shoulder but Inspector Wu (Wong Ching) comes to her rescue just before Cheung can kill the Cat...
