Northern Italy, winter 1944. After an assault that turned into a debacle, several soldiers found themselves cut off from their regiment. Inexperienced, belonging to the Brazilian contingent allied with the Americans, they fear to be accused of desertion. In order to redeem themselves, they decide to clear Route 47, an essential crossing point for allies.
