When Jenny (Steffanie Pitt) was just a child, her mother was violently stabbed to death. Since then, she's been plagued by nightmares that make Jenny fear the worst: that she murdered her own mother and has repressed the memory. Driven to find the reason for these visions, Jenny returns to the dilapidated asylum which her father once operated, the site of her mother's murder... But Jenny is not alone, for several past inmates - including Ingrid Pitt (The Vampire Lovers) and Robin Askwith (Horror Hospital) - have also been cursed with the same dreams and have been drawn to the asylum. One of them is the killer... but which one?
