A tragic accident leads to the disturbing disappearance of a ravishing young girl named Angel Cruz. This mysterious manifestation occurs on the evening of Angel's high school graduation. Did Angel Cruz vanish, or did she die? Ten years later, the bodies of Angel Cruz' former classmates being showing up... dead... very dead! Is the ghost of Angel Cruz committing these murders, or has her spirit possessed some one still living?
One of Angel's former classmates, Gabriel (Alvaro Morales), now a handsome forensic doctor, starts to investigate what is happening. He hopes to save himself and warn the rest of his former classmates. Will Gabriel uncover the truth of the Black Angel... or will he die trying?
