Stuart Allison, an American smuggler trying to turn legit, spots his missing wife Marion on a boat leaving Hong Kong. After tracking her to Macao, he learns that since her disappearance five years earlier, she has kept dangerous company. Now, way in over her head, she is entangled in criminal activities involving narcotics and stolen government bonds. Determined to save her from a life of drugs and corruption, Stuart takes on the underworld to win back her freedom.
