The Kids Had Plans For A Wild, All-Night Prom. But No One Expected a Party Like This!

It's prom night at Hoover High and everyone has plans. But nothing goes as expected, and the evening becomes a madcap marathon of surprises and fun. Beautiful but obnoxious Patrice (Christina Applegate) is so sure she'll be named prom queen, she's arranged for an all-night celebration with her boyfriend, Roger (Matthew Perry), at her house, leaving her parents (Frann & De Young) without a place to bicker.

Cool Kevin McCrae (Bloom) snubs his popular girlfriend, Shelley (Alyssa Milano), for a date with Angela "Dull" Strull (Tracey Gold) after hearing the future bible school student is "easy." But Angela's overprotective father, Ed (Kelsey Grammer), catches on and drags his wife, Ruth (McClurg), all over town on a wild chase that lasts all night. Meanwhile, dateless Shelley is lying low at the movies where she runs into the school dweeb, Dan (Chris Young), who's hiding out from his overbearing father (Alan Thicke). Before long even the prom fugitives realize they have something in common and shock everyone.
