An arrestingly funny comedy!

David Johansen ("Oz") and John C. McGinley ("Scrubs") are joined by Fran Drescher, Rosie O'Donnell, Daniel Baldwin, Jeremy Piven and original TV series regulars Nipsey Russell and Al Lewis in this laugh-a-minute Coney Island ride that doesn't let up!

Bumbling Brooklyn beat cop Gunther Toody (Johansen) and his inept, by-the-book partner Francis Muldoon (McGinley) must keep a Mafia Kingpin's (Baldwin) mitts off a stoolie (Piven) scheduled to testify against him. To do this, they break him from jail and stow him in the trunk of Toody's car. But when the car goes missing, the clues lead Toody and Muldoon to Coney Island for the showdown of their lives!
