Phizar rules over a chaotic metropolis isolated under a dome. Doctor Crux, an old scientist that opposes the ruling system, calls the people to rebellion. His son, Capt. John Crux discovers that the rebel is his own father. He disobeys orders and let his father free, so he will be prosecuted and will have to escape.
