The drama continues to unfold as Mitsuko learns the truth about her parents and their relationship with Professor Gill. To protect her younger brother Masaru from getting hurt by this truth, Mitsuko leaves him behind and sets off on a journey with Juro to search for her mother.

However, Mitsuko cannot hide the truth from Masaru. When they run into their mother who left them years ago, Masaru refuses to acknowledge her as his mother, but Mitsuko manages to get a confession out of her. While Mitsuko bravely faces up to the tragic reality, Jiro's conscience circuit develops into a surprising level.
