In Memory of Dave Williams 1972-2002

These heavy metal hell-raisers from Texas became the breakout band of Ozzfest 2001. Their single "Bodies" has become THE all-time mosh pit anthem and helped push their debut album Sinner to platinum status, eventually scanning over 1.2 million copies.

Before starting work on their follow-up CD, the band was given a coveted main stage slot on Ozzfest 2002.

Then on August 14, 2002 singer Dave Williams was found dead on the band's tour bus. Dave was an unforgettable presence; a warm and down to earth guy who will be missed by all. One fan claims that Dave was the only rock star they ever met who didn't act like one. Among his peers his passing displayed a level of friendship and respect rarely seen. From Ozzy Osbourne to Rob Zombie, from P.O.D. to Disturbed, in the days following his death, they all spoke about their memories of Dave and the good times they shared.

Sinema is a look back on the band's career so far as well as a tribute to Dave Williams.
