Troy has a rich background in the Los Angeles country music scene. He has worked both live and in the studio with band members from Randy Travis, Bonnie Raitt, The Desert Rose Band, Colleen Carter, Jackson Bronwe, Don Henley, James Taylor, The Tractors, The Doo Wah Riders, Theresa James and newcomer Jerry Carr. He also had his songs performed by Gloria Loring on Gary Chapman's show on TNN.
Troy is a four year graduate of the Dick Grove School of Music and taught a guitar styles class while attending.
