"20 years of memories went flying past me. It was like someone threw 20,000 volts through my arse." Says Slaughter & the Dogs vocalist Wayne Barratt. "You see this sea of Punk Rockers in front of you and ask yourself: is this for real?"

He was of course talking about the Dogs fever pitched set at the 1996 Holidays in the Sun festival at Blackpool, England.

After starting their career supporting Punk legends The Sex Pistols; gaining a prestigious recording deal with Decca Records and being cited by many as the forefathers of the 1980's Oi! movement, the band split in the early 80's leaving behind a trail of classic Punk Rock tracks and a string of legendary rumors.

15 years later, ready to celebrate Punk Rock's coming of age, Slaughter & the Dogs became the most anticipated act of the 50 band strong Holidays In the Sun bill.

Cranked Up Really High contains the band's amazing performance in its entirety, alongside an in depth interview with Wayne Barratt.
