Two mischievous boys, discover that their townspeople are being sold as slave laborers to Indonesia by a ring of kidnappers led by a man named Lu. The boys are forced to kill one of the Four Snakes, Lu's gang of murderous lackeys. In retaliation, Lu sets out to kill one of the boy's father and kung fu teacher, employing his deadly Hell's Windstaff, a highly evolved and, so far, undefeated form of staff fighting.
The boys seek refuge with Master Shek Pun Lat (Young Moon Kwan), who teaches them White Dragon Fists and Paddle Staff, enabling them to combat Lu's Hell's Windstaff as well as Sky Eagle Claws.
