Unleashing an Army of One

A wild comedic showcase for one of today's most beloved international superstars, Half a Loaf of Kung Fu is one of the earliest action adventures to spotlight Jackie Chan's prowess as both fearless martial arts master and endearing physical comedian, delivering eye popping fight choreography and nonstop laughs in equal servings!

Directed by Hong Kong legend (Chi-chen (Shaolin Wooden Men, Blood Pact), Half a Loaf of Kung Fu follows the exploits of happy go lucky Jiang (Chan), a bumbling orphan eager to master the martial arts. After a chance encounter with Mao, a one time kung fu master who's now a homeless beggar, Jiang quickly learns the ropes in a series of inspired mishaps- and soon grows skilled enough to be recruited by the mighty Sern Chuan Bodyguards, who've been entrusted with an all-important mission: to transport the famed "Evergreen Jade" treasure for safe keeping. Attacked by ruthless highwaymen who attempt a heist along the way, only Jiang remains alive to defeat the band of thieves and protect the priceless gem. Now a fiercesome army of one, Jackie declares all out war on his adversaries!

A tongue in cheek parody of Hong Kong kung fu movies of the '70s, this comic adventure is stuffed with Jackie's trademark recipe of slam bang fight sequences, nonstop thrills, and hilarious comic antics. Delivering twice the action, twice the laughs, one helping of this Loaf is never enough!
