To plan the perfect murder, you need a perfect cop.
By day, Harry Woltz (James Belushi, According to Jim....) is the best homicide detective on the force. At night, he gambles to feed his addiction and spirals deep into debt at an underground club. In order to pay up, he is forced to use his expertise to help plan the perfect murder.
