The Shaolin 5 Animals Styles consist of the Tiger, Dragon, Snake, Leopard and Crane.
The Crane is considered a 'soft' style of kung fu, favored by women. It specializes in hitting the vital points of the body and using side movements to avoid hard contact. Our heroine (played by Queen Boxer Judy Lee) secretly learns the art of the Shaolin Crane Fist against the wishes of her father. He is a former Shaolin man who wants to stay low. But Judy doesn't listen and runs into the Manchu government lackeys who are out to eliminate all Shaolin students.
