They Took His Gun, They Took Her Body, But They Couldn't Take The Sadistic Killer!

In a future where cops have big hair and no guns, the criminals are in charge. And with a serial killing maniac on the loose the police issue tranquilizers are almost useless.

But all that changes when Tucker (David Heavener) comes along. He has his gun cocked, his hair puffy and he is ready to inflict some damage as he hunts down the sadistic killer. All along he must hide his use of lethal force from his captain (Eric Estrada) and fellow officers Morris (Jim Brown) and the seductive and erotic Hinkle (Shannon Tweed).

It's firepower meets firepower as Tucker enters an explosive showdown with a madman not only for justice but for his life.
