Charlie Taylor just spent a year in jail for a crime he didn't commit. Upon his unexpected early release from jail, he returns to his long time girlfriend Randi Davis (Kira Reed). Much to his surprise, Randi has asked her ex-boyfriend and newly appointed District Attorney, Carl Olsen, to help Charlie get a job. Reluctantly, Charlie goes to work for a woman who introduces herself as Emma de Layley (Kim Dawson), the wife of wealthy businessman Lance de Layley.
Charlie now learns that his "job" consists of staging a kidnapping of Lance's daughter Melissa. Charlie soon realizes that Emma and her lover Malcolm Daniels, may be setting him up to take the blame for yet another crime he didn't commit. Charlie doesn't know it yet, but he's caught in a web of�Sexual Intrigue.
