Lightdances takes the viewer on an enchanting journey that shines new light on Yosemite through the discerning eyes of Sterling Johnson. His camera skillfully reveals myriad ways that light dances over nature, from the poignant to the sensational. The viewer is swept away into isolated places where light ventures in softly, exposing beauty seldom noticed, then is captivated by dramatic scenes of light shimmering over crashing waterfalls and massive rock formations.
Lightdances is edited to sensitive and artful compositions by Eugene Friesen, who, being a native of the area, has a special place in his heart for Yosemite.
