The Workout Summary: Two revitalizing workouts combining the best elements of many yoga styles that will refresh your body and mind. Part 1 -30 minutes of standing poses to tone your legs, buns, thighs and upper body, strengthen your back and improve balance and circulation. Part 2 -15 minutes of floor and finishing poses to further shape and contour your body while improving the mobility of the spine and hips and reducing fatique.
