After a fun warm-up/stretch with the weighted ball, Upper Body Split contains five complete "giant sets" of weight work for all upper-body muscles:chest, back, shoulders and arms.Each of the five upper-body cycles also includes abdominals with "core stability" moves, low-back strengtherners and trunk rotation.Three of the five upper-body sets also contain fun cardio segments (10 minute total) for added calorie burn!A seated total-body stretch (with pelvic floor contractions) brings you back to Earth--de-stressed, smiling, and firmer!
