"A warm story of families and gay love"-Los Angeles Times
A clever and bittersweet comedy World and Time Enough tracks the deceptively modest aspirations of a twenty-something couple as they grapple with love and morality. Narrated by David, an affably nelly friend, the film follows Mark, an HIV-positive radical artist, as he progresses from abstract sculpture to the dream of building a full-scale cathedral. His adorably cute boyfriend Joey hesitantly embarks on a quest to find his biological parents after an ugly coming-out scene with his adoptive parents. Together, theysift through the detritus of family obligations, HIV status, temp jobs and the unavoidable, inexplicable fact that, in spite of everything, they are a very happy couple
