What is the cost of courage?

Just hours before he ends his military career, Harry Feversham makes a decision that will change the course of his life and perhaps, cost him the woman he loves.Beau Bridges and Jane Seymour star in this passionate epic drama.

Harry Feversham is a handsome, young English Lieutenant, the product of generations of military men.Bullied and disciplined all of his life by his stern father, Harry has always served his country. As England teeters on the brink of war with Egypt, however, Harry resigns his commission.

Then, four telegrams arrive- one for Harry, the other for his three closets fellow officers, with orders to rejoin their regiment.Literally hours away from leaving military life, he keeps the order to return to the front a secret and destroys the telegrams. Two days later, Harry's deception is discovered. In disgust, his friends send him three feathers representing his cowardice and sever all ties.

Desperate to regain the respect of his peers, Harry disguises himself and secretly travels to the Sudan to join the harsh fighting. With the blind fury of one who has nothing to lose, he saves each of his three friends from a grisly death on the battlefield.Once Harry reveal his identity as the "mystery man," will it be enough to convince them of his courage? With the shame of The Four Feathers haunting him, not even the deadliest challenge is enough to stop him in his quest for honour.
