A hilarious celebration featuring Red's classic characters in rare clips and sketches

Although there have been many delightful Christmas specials from the Golden Age of television, none have brought so much good cheer as those from the lovable "clown prince of comedy," Red Skelton. In this sensational compilation of rare clips, TV's King of Laughter enacts his classic characters in a variety of Yuletide-themed skits, standup routines, and bloopers wild enough to cheer up any Scrooge. After an opening monologue of pure madcap Skelton, enjoy sketches featuring Red's "rogue's gallery": Freddy the Freeloader, Willy Lump Lump, Cauliflower McPugg, Clem Kadiddlehopper, and Deadeye. Red offers an outrageous demonstration of the proper way to walk up and down stairs and wraps it up with a moving finale, taking us into his living room to meet his family and hear children singing carols.
