An up-and-coming rap artist thinks he's hit it big by signing a recording contract, but soon finds out that the record label is really a front for drug running. When the rapper tries to break the deal, the drug kingpin, Dice, puts out a hit. The murder sparks a massive investigation, leading to Dice. Now Dice must wage the war of his life to try to escape the justice he's due.
