Two all time classic bikesport films.
The Road Racers: From the crackle of racing engines at full power during 'unofficial practice' to the spectacular rider's-eye-view of racing on roads barely wide enough to take a car - this is the real thing!
Award-winning producer David Wallace skillfully documents a hectic Irish season starting at the Northwest 200 through the Cookstown 100 to the finale at Carrowdore. This highly acclaimed production takes you behind the scenes and into the lives of road racers Frank Kennedy, Mervyn Robinson and Joey Dunlop as they prepare to tackle the twists and jumps, telegraph poles and pillars on public roads - at breathtaking speeds.
V Four Victory: In 1983 Joey Dunlop and the Honda V4 were not only F1 World Champions, but were almost untouchable on closed public road circuits like the famous TT course. This film is a wonderful tribute to the fearless skill of Joey Dunlop, the greatest pure road racer of all time and the cameras capture him in action at the TT and on the mighty Dundrod circuit at the Ulster GP.
Unmissable race action is followed by some of the most stunning on-bike footage ever recorded as producer David Wood strapped a full-size 16mm camera on top of Joey's fuel tank and filmed 'Yer Maun' on a blast around the TT course. The resulting footage is an awesome record of Joey's speed and talent.
