A long forgotten terror arises from the past, the ultimate weapon of doom.

Two mischievous boys discover a plot to sell their local townsmen as slave labor to other South East Asian countries. While trying to foil this illegal trade of unsuspecting innocent people, they accidentally kill one of the chief contrabandeurs. As a result, the father of the eldest boy, along with his kung-fu instructor, are murdered by Lu, the infamous Hell's Wind Staff, designer of the entire plot, and the most feared fighter in all of Southern China. The boys manage to escape from Lu and are given refuge by the teacher of the youngestboy "Dragon".In an attempt to curb the boys' desire for revenge, the old teacher explains how he once fought Lu with a style called "White Dragon Fist", was maimed, and lost. The boy's determination, however, forces the old man to teach them both "White Dragon Fists" and "Paddle-Staff" techniques as well.Armed with these new weapons, the boys finally confront the "Hell's Wind Staff" in a battle that's already become a screen classic.
