These magnificent documentaries feature reenactments and voice-over narration of the different campaigns and the most famous battles that divided America in the 1860's.

The video chapter includes Chickamauga! -- one of the bloodiest battles in the Civil War.The South is determined to drive the Northern troops from Tennessee and prevent them from controlling Chattanooga's rail-lines.After the two days of fighting in September, 1863, over 18,000 Confederate and 16,000 Northern soldiers lay dead.

Also in the video chapter The Tennessee Campaign of 1864 -- The Last Fight For Nashville.The South is determined to draw Gen. Sherman out of Georgia and launches a massive campaign to re-capture the Tennessee capitol.Here you will see one of the largest battle reenactments ever filmed, using over 9,000 actors.Beautifully shot near Nashville, it features full-scale recreations of soldier camps, trenches, buildings and authentic wardrobe and music, putting the viewer right in the middle of the fight.
