When the ridiculously evil Queen Margarita fixes her venomous gaze on the destruction of peaceful Mikado City, who will be able to stop her? The police, the army, and all other highly-trained combat personnel available have proven completely ineffective. The city's only hope rests with five girls in sailor suits, expertly trained in such skills as making coffee, delivering ramen and giggling endlessly. They are Sailor Victory, and not even the conventionally maniacal schemes of Queen Margarita can stand up to their boundless enthusiasm, witty super-hero dialogue and dramatic poses. And if those don't work, Sailor Victory can always pull out the giant ninja robots.
