Running a business just became child's play!

Eleven-year old Matt Tyler (Michael Angarano) has a plan: buy his father's (Kevin Kilner) company, Tyler Toys, so his dad has to work less and spend more time with the family!

So Matt and his friend Danny (Kevin Jamal Woods) start up TheBrainiacs.com to attract investors in a microchip that Matt's sister Kelly (Vanessa Zima) is inventing. The money rolls in and through on-line trading, the "cyberkids" buy enough stock to take over Dad's company. The new bosses' orders: Go home early! Take vacations! Spend more time with your kids!

Unfortunately, they find that the company is deep in debt, and a ruthless banker (Dom Deluise) is waiting to take over a new line of "smart toys" based on Kelly's new microchip.

It's a million-dollar idea that could fix everything-except they only have a week to perfect the chip and save the company!
