TV anchorwoman Marcy Howard is about to become the fly in a tangled web of betrayal and murder. After an anonymous tip leads Marcy to the aftermath of a mass homicide, she decides to use the homicide to boost her ratings.
However, her decision proves deadly when she herself becomes the victim of an attack. To add insult to injury, Marcy also finds out that her college professor husband Reed has become the suspect in a student's death. No longer knowing who to trust, Marcy must solve the homicides before she ends up becoming the final victim.
